The sun is shining and the weather is sweet, this looks like some reagge music lyrics.. I really don't appreciate so much this kind of music, but no doubt these last days have been pretty sunny and very sweet and like if it wasn't enough we are on a great place to enjoy it.
Last weekend was my birthday and we (Cãoceito Team), some friends and a dog went to Serra da Arrábida, a natural park that stays about 50 Km South from Lisbon. Being a mountain close to the beach it has a lot of beautiful landscapes and its quietness and beauty are inspiring. You can go by vehicle, but it's always nice to stop the car and go of the road by foot.
There, by night we went to some caves with a chapel inside (Caves de Stª Margarida). Next day we have enjoyed some sun at the beach near "Portinho da Arrábida", and finally we made a nice picnic near Palmela's Castle.
If you have the chance to visit this place, don't miss pies and cheese from Azeitão.
